Travis Scott and Drake have been named among the defendants in a massive $750 million lawsuit brought against them by more than 125 people linked to the Astroworld Festival tragedy.

Houston, Texas attorney Tony Buzbee has filed papers against the two rappers and bosses at Apple and Live Nation on behalf of fans and the family of Axel Acosta, who was allegedly crushed by an “incited, unruly and out-of-control crowd with such force that he could no longer breathe.”

In the suit, the plaintiffs accuse Travis and the concert organizers of negligence and failing to properly plan the concert, train security personnel and host a safe event.

Ten people, including a nine-year-old boy, were killed during a crowd crush at the event.

Buzbee says, “No amount of money will ever make these Plaintiffs whole; no amount of money can restore human life. But, the damages sought in this case attempts to fix, help, or make up for the harms and losses suffered by these Plaintiffs – nothing more and nothing less.”
